KEEP TRACK

MinuteTaker allows you to group related minutes within workbooks, providing a comprehensive overview of projects, recurring team meetings, or appointments for specific customers. This feature enables you to stay informed about what's happening at a glance.

In addition, MinuteTaker offers a variety of search and filter capabilities, including full-text search, filtering by state (open, done, or overdue), filtering by responsible person, and filtering by tags.

ACTION ITEMS

In addition to the text of an action item, you can include additional information such as the responsible person, due date (day or week), custom tags (e.g., action, statement, recommendation), and the state (open, done, or overdue). The option to structure your action items using subitems (e.g., 1.1, 1.2, 1.3) adds further organization and clarity to your minutes.

ATTACHMENTS

MinuteTaker allows you to supplement each action item with related attachments, such as documents (Word, Excel, Pages, etc.), images from your library, pictures taken with the device's camera (e.g., from a flip chart or whiteboard), and added scribbles and notes to images.

SHARING

You can easily share your meeting minutes as professional-looking PDF files, including all attachments, via email with all attendees and recipients. Additionally, you can share action items with assigned individuals, create calendar events based on action items, and create to-do lists within the app for reminders.

SYNCHRONIZATION AND COLLABORATION

MinuteTaker offers seamless synchronization via iCloud across all your devices, ensuring that your minutes are always accessible and up to date. Furthermore, collaboration is made easy through the "Share in iCloud" feature.
